The journey wasn't always smooth — but every setback taught me something valuable.
My journey into vending machines has been incredible, especially with all the strong partnerships and relationships I've built along the way. But honestly — it didn't start like that at all.
When I first got interested in vending, I had no idea where to begin. Like most people, I went straight to YouTube and searched "how to start a vending machine business." I spent nights watching videos, trying to figure everything out.
Eventually, I decided to take action. I found what I thought was an amazing deal on Facebook and bought my first machine… without properly testing it.
That mistake cost me $1,000 — I got scammed.
That hit hard. At the time, I had already tried other business models like dropshipping and SMMA, and I thought this was finally going to be "the one."
But instead of quitting, I kept going.
I started learning more and got into flipping vending machines. I made some money, but nothing crazy — still working a job, stacking machines in my house, figuring things out step by step.
Then I had another idea: selling locations. I saw the demand for it everywhere. I tried it… and failed again. I didn't truly understand what made a location valuable, and that showed.
But then something changed.
One of my first real clients reached out asking for a machine. I told him I had both a machine and a location. He offered to pay more if I could fully set everything up for him because he didn't have the time.
That's when it clicked.
I realized people didn't just want machines — they wanted done-for-you systems.
So I built exactly that. I started offering full vending machine setups — machines, locations, and support — and when I posted it… it took off. That moment completely changed my perspective.
From there, I went all in. Every day, I was learning — podcasts, YouTube, business content — even at work with my AirPods in. I became obsessed with figuring this out the right way.
I sold my first full route… then another… and another. It turned into a snowball effect, growing into what is now RTX Vending, backed by a strong team and solid business partners.
It didn't happen overnight. There were long days, stress, mistakes, and a lot of sleepless nights.
But that's exactly why I built this company the way I did. My goal is simple:
To help people get into vending with confidence, without going through the same frustration, losses, and guesswork I did.
That's why we provide:
So when you work with us, it's not just a purchase — it's a system designed to actually work.
Because I've been on both sides.
And I know how important it is to get it right the first time.
