machine operated by or affiliated with RTX Vending ("Company," "we,"
"us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RTX
Vending regarding your use of our vending machine services, website,
and related applications.
Our Services
RTX Vending provides vending machine services, including but not
limited to:

AI Smart Machines with cashless payments and real-time monitoring

Standard vending machines for snacks, beverages, and other products
- ATM machines for cash withdrawal services
- Exotic and specialty vending machines
- Micro Markets (unattended retail convenience stores)
- Business location partnerships for vending machine placement
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your
jurisdiction
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete information when required
Business Partner Program
If you are applying to become a business partner or location host:

You must own or have authorization to use the proposed location

You agree to provide adequate space, power, and internet
connectivity

Revenue sharing arrangements will be governed by separate agreements

RTX Vending reserves the right to approve or deny any partnership
application

Location requirements must meet our safety and accessibility
standards
Payment Terms
For purchases and financing:
- All prices are subject to change without notice

Payment must be made in full unless financing terms are agreed upon
- Financing agreements are subject to credit approval
- Refunds are subject to our return policy and applicable law
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RTX Vending shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the
specific service
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Vending machine products are subject to manufacturer warranties
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the United States and the state in which RTX Vending operates,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall
be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify
users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our
website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our
services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
